In fact, I'm officially at my pre-pregancy weight, la la la~~~ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;And of course, my result motivated my hubby. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;My hubby has been "wanting" to lose weight for a L-O-N-G time. He believes in "reward yourself with good food" after a long day of work. And it's also my fault, because not only I believe in "love him the way he is," but also the old Chinese saying of "rich people have full-figure." Yes, I do love money. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;So my hubby went on the RESET last week. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;font-size:78%;"&gt;I realized how uncomfortable my body was after eating too much in only one weekend. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;So today, I followed the Transform Phase regimen again, and I feel much better. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;Even though it's Monday, I did not feel tired at all! AND, she has a body like Sarah Jessica Parker. Again, I did not need to drink any coffee at all, and my dinner tasted especially good. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;I truly feel great, with exercise in moderation (20 minutes on the treadmill), I can feel the "transformation" my body is going through. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;Even my co-worker noticed my leg are looking pretty "HOT!" It feels like my body has gone through a "deep cleaning." &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;We went to Estes Park this weekend, so I took a little break before the next phase. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;font-size:78%;"&gt;Because my body has been "reset," I wasn't craving for carbs or junk foods at all and I was very careful with what I ate. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;font-size:78%;"&gt;Estes Park was absolutely beautiful. We stayed at the historic Stanley Hotel, which will celebrate its 100 years of history in 2009. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;Remember that famous Steven King's movie "The Shining?" grande;font-size:78%;"&gt;Lunch: 1 serving of vanilla NUTRIMEAL &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;font-size:78%;"&gt;Snack: 1 Peanut Butter Crunch Nutrition Bar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;font-size:78%;"&gt;Dinner: 1 serving of chocolate NUTRIMEAL and PM HealthPak &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;font-size:78%;"&gt;I have a lot of energy, and I slept so well for the past 2 nights. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;Still no coffee for me, just a large cup of green tea. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;The "detox" effect is still going strong, my tummy is definitely getting smaller. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;div I had one serving of the chocolate NUTRIMEAL and lots of herbal tea. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:lucida grande;font-size:78%;"&gt;I had my shake at 6pm, but did not feel a little hungry until 9pm. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;Oh well, it's my first day. Tomorrow my body should be getting used to and be reset. We are going on a cruise trip in August, I do NOT want to look like a whale.
