周休二日 Weekend Break

這個周末因為有朋友要來晚餐 所以我就跟著周休二日
星期六早餐喝了一杯NUTRIMEAL
午餐吃了一份超好吃的黃金烏龍麵
晚餐就開趴踢啦 趴踢餐點如下:

開胃菜:冷盤蝦 青醬鮪魚油漬番茄三明治 (這是美麗的Helgrid做的)
沙拉: 時蔬沙拉配油醋汁 (也是Helgrid貢獻的)
主菜: 酵酸麵包+全麥法國麵包配菠菜朝天薊起士醬 紅酒醬烤牛肉 烤香蒜&蘑菇
點心: 酥烤桃子紅樹莓 (這是Karen的傑作)
配上幾瓶好酒 加上飯後的Wii對決 開心啦 當然 下禮拜不能周休啦


I took a break from the Transform Phase this weekend because we had a dinner planned awhile ago.
I had a serving of NUTRIMEAL Saturday morning for breakfast, and for lunch I had a bowl of delicious "Golden Udon."
Here's our dinner party menu:

Appetizer: Shrimp cocktail, and beautiful Helgrid made a "tuna pesto and sun-dried Tomato tea sandwinch"
Salad: Again, Helgrid made toss salad with vinaigrette dressing
Main course: Spinach artichock cream dip with Sourdough and Whole wheat French bread, beef brisket, and roasted garlic wih mushroom
Dessert: Karen made this wonderful peach and raspberry crisp
We opened a few bottles of wines, and played Wii Sports together. What a great way to spend a Saturday night with good friends!
Of course, NO break next weekend.

Two weeks without coffee... I'm proud of you! And, you're saving money everyday from not going to Starbucks. Must be the reason they're closing 600 stores...
