轉型階段 Transform Phase

今天進入了轉型階段 這個階段為期28天
是繼五日更新後來幫助達到理想體重的一個計畫
方法很簡單 每天早餐午餐都喝一杯NUTRIMEAL 
中間的點心吃一條營養棒 下午的點心選擇低血糖指數 (我吃一小半杯毛豆)
晚餐也選擇低血糖指數的餐點及大量的蔬果 然後早晚都要吃高級維他命 就這樣 很簡單

Today I enter the "Transform Phase," which is a 28-day program.
This program is designed to help us to achieve our ideal goal.
It's really easy; I replace breakfast and lunch with 1 serving of NUTRIMEAL, have a Nutrition Bar for morning snack, and a low-glycemic snack in the afternoon (I had 1/2 cup of shelled edamame).
Have a low-glycemic meal with plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits for dinner, and take my ESSENTIALS vitamins.
Just like that! Very easy and simple. I think I can do this!
