今天是轉型階段的第二天 都沒喝咖啡喔 晚餐也變得特別美味
非常有精神 配合適度的運動 (我喜歡跑跑步機)真的覺得身體在被改變
連同事都稱讚我的腿部線條很漂亮 呵呵 繼續加油
Day 2 of the Transform Phase! Again, I did not need to drink any coffee at all, and my dinner tasted especially good.
I truly feel great, with exercise in moderation (20 minutes on the treadmill), I can feel the "transformation" my body is going through.
Even my co-worker noticed my leg are looking pretty "HOT!" (She's so sweet...)
Will continue with the plan for the next 26 days!
