今天是五日更新計畫的第二天
早餐: 一杯草莓口味的NUTRIMEAL和綜合維他命
點心:一條檸檬高纖棒和一條香蕉
午餐:一杯香草口味的NUTRIMEAL
點心:一小包小胡蘿蔔
晚餐:一杯巧克力口味的NUTRIMEAL和綜合維他命
上班精神還是很好
也沒有喝咖啡 只喝了一大杯綠茶
最重要的是 排毒很順利
Today is the second day of my RESET plan, here is my meal plan:
Breakfast: 1 serving of strawberry NUTRIMEAL and AM HealthPak
Snack: 1 Lemon Icing Fibergy Bar and a medium banana
Lunch: 1 serving of vanilla NUTRIMEAL
Snack: 1 kid-size bag of baby carrots
Dinner: 1 serving of chocolate NUTRIMEAL and PM HealthPak
I still feel very energetic during the day, and I did not have any coffee. Just a large cup of green tea.
The most important part is, I can definitely feel the "detox" effect!
