今天是五日更新計畫的第四天
早餐: 一杯草莓口味的NUTRIMEAL和綜合維他命
點心:一條檸檬高纖棒和一條香蕉
午餐:一杯香草口味的NUTRIMEAL
點心:半條花生巧克力營養棒
晚餐:一杯巧克力口味的NUTRIMEAL+綜合維他命+二分之一杯小藍莓
今天真是超級忙碌的一天 可是精神奕奕
堅持到底不喝咖啡 喝了一杯綠茶
可以感覺身體在運作將毒素排出 怎樣排就不用我解釋了吧
明天就是這個療程的最後一天了 真沒想到我能堅持下來
Third day of RESET, here is my meal plan:
Breakfast: 1 serving of strawberry NUTRIMEAL and AM HealthPak
Snack: 1 Lemon Icing Fibergy Bar and a medium banana
Lunch: 1 serving of vanilla NUTRIMEAL
Snack: 1/2 Peanut Butter Crunch Nutrition Bar (I just wasn't that hungry!)
Dinner: 1 serving of chocolate NUTRIMEAL, PM HealthPak and half cup of blueberry
I had a very busy day, but my energy level was good.
I still did not have any coffee, just a cup of green tea.
I've been experiencing the "detox" effect going on in my body... I don't think I need to explain "how," right?!
I can't believe tomorrow it's the last day of the RESET... kudos for myself!
