午餐:一杯香草口味的NUTRIMEAL和一小包小胡蘿蔔
點心:一條花生巧克力營養棒
晚餐:一杯巧克力口味的NUTRIMEAL和綜合維他命
有點飢餓感 但是可以忍受 連原來準備的香蕉都沒吃
也沒有疲倦無力的感覺 上班精神很好
我連最愛咖啡都沒有喝 只喝了一杯綠茶 明天繼續加油
Today is the official first day for my RESET plan, here is my meal plan:
Breakfast: 1 serving of strawberry NUTRIMEAL and AM HealthPak
Snack: 1 Lemon Icing Fibergy Bar
Lunch: 1 serving of vanilla NUTRIMEAL and a kid-size bag of baby carrot
Snack: 1 Peanut Butter Crunch Nutrition Bar
Dinner: 1 serving of chocolate NUTRIMEAL and PM HealthPak
I felt a little hungry during the day, but bearable.
I didn't even eat my banana.
Most of the day I was feeling energetic.
I didn't even drink my "must have" coffee, just a large cup of green tea.
Must keep up, 4 more days to go!
