今天是五日更新計畫的第三天
早餐: 一杯草莓口味的NUTRIMEAL和綜合維他命
點心:一條檸檬高纖棒和一條香蕉
午餐:一杯香草口味的NUTRIMEAL
點心:一條花生巧克力營養棒
晚餐:一杯巧克力口味的NUTRIMEAL和綜合維他命
上班精神很好 晚上睡得也很好
咖啡都沒喝喔 喝了一大杯綠茶
排毒和排氣超級順利 小腹都變平了
Third day of RESET, here is my meal plan:
Breakfast: 1 serving of strawberry NUTRIMEAL and AM HealthPak
Snack: 1 Lemon Icing Fibergy Bar and a medium banana
Lunch: 1 serving of vanilla NUTRIMEAL
Snack: 1 Peanut Butter Crunch Nutrition Bar
Dinner: 1 serving of chocolate NUTRIMEAL and PM HealthPak
I have a lot of energy, and I slept so well for the past 2 nights.
Still no coffee for me, just a large cup of green tea.
The "detox" effect is still going strong, my tummy is definitely getting smaller.
