轉型階段的第五天 Transform Phase- Day 6

轉型階段的第六天 沒有偷懶喔 也沒有喝咖啡
每天都大聲宣告 "我正在朝向苗條身材的目標前進"

一定要來說說這個維他命 真的是要很優質的才值得吃
以前貪小便宜 喜歡從Costco買俗又大碗的大瓶裝 吃三年也吃不完
結果 也沒什麼效用 全部丟到垃圾桶
現在ESSENTIALS及BIOMEGA魚油 真的感覺很不一樣
才短短幾天 體力有明顯的增進 連我家老爺都說我是不是吃了興奮劑? 
怎麼以前每天上班至少要三杯咖啡 然後晚上十點看完電視購物的每日特價就倒頭睡的像一種動物
現在不但上班精神好 不用喝咖啡 回家煮飯帶小孩後還可以割草 好可怕  
我也不知道呀?! 結果 比較我從Whole Foods買的魚油 
BIOMEGA的DHA和EPA 竟然多了五倍!!! 難怪呀 一分錢一分貨
6th day of the "Transform Phase," I'm still on the right track, WITHOUT coffee.
Everyday I declare "I'm in the process of having a slim body."
I want to talk about supplements.
I used to buy supplements from Costco, because it's HUGE and it's cheap.
And usually they sit on my kitchen counter for years.
I've been taking Essentials and Biomega since I started the RESET.
I can feel the difference in my energy level after only a short period of time.
My husband thought I was on drug because I gave up coffee so quickly.
After a busy day at work, not only I can cook and take care of my son, I even have energy to mow the lawn!
This NEVER happened before.
So my husband compared BioMega with the fish oil I bought from Whole Foods,
and to our surprise, the DHA and EPA in BioMega is 5 times more than the 365 brand! No wonder...

 


轉型階段的第五天 Transform Phase- Day 5

又開始繼續進行轉型階段了 我發現一個周末吃太多 真的造成身體的負擔
今天按照轉型階段的飲食 身體真的輕鬆不少 星期一上班也不累

Back to the Transform Phase today!
I realized how uncomfortable my body was after eating too much in only one weekend.
So today, I followed the Transform Phase regimen again, and I feel much better.
Even though it's Monday, I did not feel tired at all!

周休二日 Weekend Break

這個周末因為有朋友要來晚餐 所以我就跟著周休二日
星期六早餐喝了一杯NUTRIMEAL
午餐吃了一份超好吃的黃金烏龍麵
晚餐就開趴踢啦 趴踢餐點如下:

開胃菜:冷盤蝦 青醬鮪魚油漬番茄三明治 (這是美麗的Helgrid做的)
沙拉: 時蔬沙拉配油醋汁 (也是Helgrid貢獻的)
主菜: 酵酸麵包+全麥法國麵包配菠菜朝天薊起士醬 紅酒醬烤牛肉 烤香蒜&蘑菇
點心: 酥烤桃子紅樹莓 (這是Karen的傑作)
配上幾瓶好酒 加上飯後的Wii對決 開心啦 當然 下禮拜不能周休啦


I took a break from the Transform Phase this weekend because we had a dinner planned awhile ago.
I had a serving of NUTRIMEAL Saturday morning for breakfast, and for lunch I had a bowl of delicious "Golden Udon."
Here's our dinner party menu:

Appetizer: Shrimp cocktail, and beautiful Helgrid made a "tuna pesto and sun-dried Tomato tea sandwinch"
Salad: Again, Helgrid made toss salad with vinaigrette dressing
Main course: Spinach artichock cream dip with Sourdough and Whole wheat French bread, beef brisket, and roasted garlic wih mushroom
Dessert: Karen made this wonderful peach and raspberry crisp
We opened a few bottles of wines, and played Wii Sports together. What a great way to spend a Saturday night with good friends!
Of course, NO break next weekend.

轉型階段第四天 Transform Phase Day 4

今天是轉型階段的第四天 體重又下降了 好開心
今天的飲食和昨天一樣 我還是沒有喝咖啡 啦啦啦
今天晚上去參加了一個spa聚會 主持人好漂亮
一點妝都沒化 看起來卻容光煥發 還擁有莎拉潔西卡派克一樣的好身材
超羨慕的 我要是繼續努力的話 能不能有她一半美麗呢

It's the 4th day of the transform phase; my scale moved a little bit again, so happy!
The menu is exactly the same as yesterday, and once again, NO coffee for me.
I went to a Health and Wellness Spa seminar tonight, it was a lot of fun.
Most importantly, the hostness, Carmen, was incredibly beautiful.
She does not wear any make-up, but she's glowing! AND, she has a body like Sarah Jessica Parker. JEALOUS!
If I continue with this program, will I look half as good as she does?

轉型階段第三天 Transform Phase Day 3

今天是轉型階段的第三天 還是堅持沒喝咖啡 簡直是奇蹟
早上的點心吃了一個鮪魚罐頭 晚上吃一小片鮭魚及一小碗藍莓
最近丹佛實在很熱 所以進行這樣的計畫其實身體很輕鬆
這樣冬天來時剛好瘦身不少 不會看起來像北極熊

It's the 3rd day of the transform phase. I DID NOT drink any coffee, quite a miracle.
Everyone in my office knows I'm useless before coffee.
Mid-morning snack I had a can tuna, and for dinner I had a slice of salmon and a small bowl of blueberries.
It's been extremely hot in Denver lately, so it's quite easy to change my diet during this time.
So when winter comes, I won't look like a polar bear with layers of clothing.

轉型階段第二日 Transform Phase Day 2

今天是轉型階段的第二天 都沒喝咖啡喔 晚餐也變得特別美味
非常有精神 配合適度的運動 (我喜歡跑跑步機)真的覺得身體在被改變 
連同事都稱讚我的腿部線條很漂亮 呵呵 繼續加油 

Day 2 of the Transform Phase! Again, I did not need to drink any coffee at all, and my dinner tasted especially good.
I truly feel great, with exercise in moderation (20 minutes on the treadmill), I can feel the "transformation" my body is going through.
Even my co-worker noticed my leg are looking pretty "HOT!" (She's so sweet...)
Will continue with the plan for the next 26 days!

轉型階段 Transform Phase

今天進入了轉型階段 這個階段為期28天
是繼五日更新後來幫助達到理想體重的一個計畫
方法很簡單 每天早餐午餐都喝一杯NUTRIMEAL 
中間的點心吃一條營養棒 下午的點心選擇低血糖指數 (我吃一小半杯毛豆)
晚餐也選擇低血糖指數的餐點及大量的蔬果 然後早晚都要吃高級維他命 就這樣 很簡單

Today I enter the "Transform Phase," which is a 28-day program.
This program is designed to help us to achieve our ideal goal.
It's really easy; I replace breakfast and lunch with 1 serving of NUTRIMEAL, have a Nutrition Bar for morning snack, and a low-glycemic snack in the afternoon (I had 1/2 cup of shelled edamame).
Have a low-glycemic meal with plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits for dinner, and take my ESSENTIALS vitamins.
Just like that! Very easy and simple. I think I can do this!

五日更新後小休息 After Reset- A Small Break

五日更新後身體好舒服喔 感覺不少毒素被排出了
這個周末我們帶小孩去山上散心 所以就小小的一個休息再來下一階段的努力
因為身體已經習慣不需要用食物來滿足 所以稍微吃多就很撐 也很節制
山上很美 住的是有九十九年歷史的史坦利旅館 有名的史提芬金的恐怖片就在這裡拍的
也因為太有歷史了 所以這旅館是我們住過最老舊也最貴的 還一房難求呢
明天開始進入轉型階段 要加油呢

I feel GREAT after the five-day RESET! It feels like my body has gone through a "deep cleaning."
We went to Estes Park this weekend, so I took a little break before the next phase.
Because my body has been "reset," I wasn't craving for carbs or junk foods at all and I was very careful with what I ate.

Estes Park was absolutely beautiful. We stayed at the historic Stanley Hotel, which will celebrate its 100 years of history in 2009.
Remember that famous Steven King's movie "The Shining?" It was filmed at the Stanley Hotel.
However, it was the most "historic= old" and expensive hotel we've ever stayed at.

Well... tomorrow I enter the "Transform Phase," wish me luck again!

五日更新最後一天 RESET- Final Day

今天是五日更新計畫最後一天
早餐: 一杯草莓口味的NUTRIMEAL和綜合維他命
點心:半條花生巧克力營養棒和一條香蕉
午餐:一杯香草口味的NUTRIMEAL
點心:一條檸檬高纖棒
我還居然做到了! 真的不難 受了四磅 開心耶

Today is the last day of my RESET
Breakfast: 1 serving of strawberry NUTRIMEAL and 1 AM HealthPak
Snack: half Peanut Butter Crunch Nutrition Bar and a banana
Lunch: 1 serving of vanilla NUTRIMEAL
Snack: 1 Lemon Icing Fibergy Bar

I can't believe I did it! It wasn't hard at all, and I lost 4 lbs!

今天是五日更新計畫的第四天
早餐: 一杯草莓口味的NUTRIMEAL和綜合維他命
點心:一條檸檬高纖棒和一條香蕉
午餐:一杯香草口味的NUTRIMEAL
點心:半條花生巧克力營養棒
晚餐:一杯巧克力口味的NUTRIMEAL+綜合維他命+二分之一杯小藍莓
今天真是超級忙碌的一天 可是精神奕奕
堅持到底不喝咖啡 喝了一杯綠茶
可以感覺身體在運作將毒素排出 怎樣排就不用我解釋了吧
明天就是這個療程的最後一天了 真沒想到我能堅持下來

Third day of RESET, here is my meal plan:
Breakfast: 1 serving of strawberry NUTRIMEAL and AM HealthPak
Snack: 1 Lemon Icing Fibergy Bar and a medium banana
Lunch: 1 serving of vanilla NUTRIMEAL
Snack: 1/2 Peanut Butter Crunch Nutrition Bar (I just wasn't that hungry!)
Dinner: 1 serving of chocolate NUTRIMEAL, PM HealthPak and half cup of blueberry
I had a very busy day, but my energy level was good.
I still did not have any coffee, just a cup of green tea.
I've been experiencing the "detox" effect going on in my body... I don't think I need to explain "how," right?!
I can't believe tomorrow it's the last day of the RESET... kudos for myself!

午餐:一杯香草口味的NUTRIMEAL
點心:一條花生巧克力營養棒
晚餐:一杯巧克力口味的NUTRIMEAL和綜合維他命
上班精神很好 晚上睡得也很好 
咖啡都沒喝喔 喝了一大杯綠茶 
排毒和排氣超級順利 小腹都變平了

Third day of RESET, here is my meal plan:
Breakfast: 1 serving of strawberry NUTRIMEAL and AM HealthPak
Snack: 1 Lemon Icing Fibergy Bar and a medium banana
Lunch: 1 serving of vanilla NUTRIMEAL
Snack: 1 Peanut Butter Crunch Nutrition Bar
Dinner: 1 serving of chocolate NUTRIMEAL and PM HealthPak
I have a lot of energy, and I slept so well for the past 2 nights.
Still no coffee for me, just a large cup of green tea.
The "detox" effect is still going strong, my tummy is definitely getting smaller.

也沒有喝咖啡 只喝了一大杯綠茶 
最重要的是 排毒很順利

Breakfast: 1 serving of strawberry NUTRIMEAL and AM HealthPak
Snack: 1 Lemon Icing Fibergy Bar and a medium banana
Lunch: 1 serving of vanilla NUTRIMEAL

Snack: 1 kid-size bag of baby carrots
Dinner: 1 serving of chocolate NUTRIMEAL and PM HealthPak
I still feel very energetic during the day, and I did not have any coffee. Just a large cup of green tea.

The most important part is, I can definitely feel the "detox" effect!

有點飢餓感 但是可以忍受 連原來準備的香蕉都沒吃 
也沒有疲倦無力的感覺 上班精神很好 
我連最愛咖啡都沒有喝 只喝了一杯綠茶 明天繼續加油

Snack: 1 Lemon Icing Fibergy Bar
Lunch: 1 serving of vanilla NUTRIMEAL and a kid-size bag of baby carrot
Snack: 1 Peanut Butter Crunch Nutrition Bar
Dinner: 1 serving of chocolate NUTRIMEAL and PM HealthPak
I felt a little hungry during the day, but bearable.
I didn't even eat my banana.
Most of the day I was feeling energetic.
I didn't even drink my "must have" coffee, just a large cup of green tea.
Must keep up, 4 more days to go!

五日更新 5-Day Reset

今天晚上是我五日更新的第一餐: 一杯巧克力口味的NUTRIMEAL和無限量的茶.
六點喝的, 但到九點左右才稍感飢餓.
第一天嚕...明天開始身體應該就會開始習慣然後被改變. 
八月要去做豪華郵輪, 所以一定要美麗. 

I started my five day RESET program tonight... I had one serving of the chocolate NUTRIMEAL and lots of herbal tea.
I had my shake at 6pm, but did not feel a little hungry until 9pm.
Oh well, it's my first day. Tomorrow my body should be getting used to and be reset. We are going on a cruise trip in August, I do NOT want to look like a whale. Wish me luck!

最近收到了一段寶貴的話: "把自己過好 讓身邊的人也好過" 覺得很有道理
我們要是連自己都照顧不好 如何去照顧我們身邊的人呢? 


I learned a wonderful phrase recently and I think it is so true!
Basically it says we need to take care of ourself first, so others surround us will have a better time.
